It'll run, though be warned you may have to run it on lowest settings and even then it may not be a stable 60 FPS :)
If you can live with that it should be fine!
replywill it be playeble? Because i dont want to buy a game for 31.99
replyand be dead for the whole time playing by getting only 30 fps
If you have everything on the lowest settings you may be able to achieve mid 40's or higher. Whether that's playable for you is personal choice.
