The cpu is fine but your gpu, even overclocked, will probably be too weak. According to this benchmark a mx250 run the game at ok performances on very low settings only: https://www.notebookcheck.net/Call-of-Duty-Modern-Warfare-Notebook-and-Desktop-Benchmarks.441148.0.html
And I don't think your card is officially supported.
