How to redeem your Call of Duty Modern Warfare Beta Code

You've pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from Gamesplanet and received a Beta Code but not sure what to do with it? Help is at hand! We've put together a handy guide to walk you through the steps in order to get access to the upcoming Beta which begins on September 19th.

Step 1 - Register at Callofduty.com/beta

If you already own a Call of Duty account you can simply login to the website, or you can signup using various other accounts in order to complete the process (such as a Battle.Net account).

Create an Account

You can also signup with either a Battle Net, Steam, PlayStation or Xbox account. Note: This will note affect your choice of Beta platform and you'll be able to select this later.

Enter your details

When you've filled in all your details and registered for a COD account you'll be taken to the next step to redeem your code.

Step 2 - Redeem the beta code

Next up you'll be able to redeem the Beta code provided by us on the COD website. From here you can select platform and your location. If you'd like to play the game on PC you'll need to select that under platform, though you're welcome to try the Beta on console if you prefer.

Note: As the Beta code also contains your pre-order bonus for Black Ops 4, we suggest you use it for PC.

Redeem Code

Then hit "Submit" and you'll be registered for the upcoming Beta.

Note: Codes can only be used once and the platform you select will determine which Beta you're put into.

Step 3 - Success

Success

Once you've completed all the steps all you'll need to do is wait for Activision to email you a further code, which can them be redeem on Battle Net and give access to play the Beta on September 19th. You'll also get the classic Captain Price playable character for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Enjoy the Modern Warfare Beta!

I went for another redeem with used code and it displayed Battle.net code there, which went through Battle.net. It seems I claimed it, but I cannot see any confirmation I have it on my account besides accepting the code. No claiming in transaction history, no game added visibly.

Yes it seems Activision have changed the way of doing things, you can now get the code from your account page. If you closed it you can readd the key to that page to get it back. Then simply redeem that via the Battle Net client/website and download the MW Beta :)

Then sit back and wait for the launch tomorrow!
