Call of Duty Modern Warfare

Hi in November I bought COD Modern Warfare from you, now after downloading it it doesn't let me play the Multiplayer. Contacting support, Blizzard informed me that my license was removed because there was no actual charge for that order. How am I supposed to do now?

We have not removed anyone's game from their account, it's just that the game appears as Warzone on the launcher (including the single player portion). Download Warzone and all your content will be available as before.
