I purchased this and steam shows that I got the pre order bonus DLCs but I can't find them. Is there more to it or what?
replyWe're preparing a guide for that, as of now only the german one is available. Not sure this is helpful to you.

replyThat is well weird. We had another customer reporting the same issue today. Although the DLCs were available from the client, he could not find anything ingame… Maybe that needs a fix by Sledgehammer/Activision.
As the content has been made available to you, it should show up at some point.
