Is there any Information if after a successfull VPN activation from Germany any further VPN connection is required to download and play the game? Or can I after the activation, continue as always with my steam and play uncut with my german IP?

replyI have no problems with the VPN activasion but a problem with playing via vpn. So i already Pre Ordered the German Version via steam. Hoping for a uncut patch in the future so i can enjoy the SP. Maybe u can tell me @ release day if u can play without VPN then i might consider refund the steam version and get the uncut version here
Hey there! Unfortunately, we can not recommend to use a VPN at all. Your best bet would be to check the Internet to see if others are successful.
replytbh i dont think there is another way to get the unceonsored version here in germany, and as i said before i got no problems with the activasion via vpn. my problem is the 3 months after this u need the vpn active to play.

replyHey there, here's a reddit post that explains how some people did it for Wolfenstein. They had to keep the VPN active whilst they played online for 3 months, after this the restriction disappeared for good. We will not be able to offer you a refund though after you've activated the game, just in case you still get the censored version. replyWell that isn't worth for me the risk, i think I will just wait for an Uncut patch i feel more comfortable using a uncut patch on my steam account rather than playing a game 3 months via VPN and also download it via VPN
