Hi, we're not 100% sure as we don't have the keys yet but according to our intel our version should be activable in Japan. To be confirmed close to release though, when we'll get the keys.

Yes you can preorder and if it's region locked (I don't think it will though) you can request a refund, no problem. Just check the product page before enabling/revealing the key, we'll add a region lock notice if needed.

Hey again, we just checked and unfortunately the keys will be region locked for Japan so we'll have to refund the order. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
