Classified: France '44 launch trailer: Make every shot count in this tactical game

Preparations for D-Day are underway: In Classified France '44, you lead a French resistance commando in the Second World War. In tactical turn-based battles, you weaken the German war machine in ambushes, with stealth or frontal attacks. And it's all supposed to feel a bit like XCOM. At least that's what GameStar writes: "An insider tip for all XCOM fans who want more".

With its pre-D-Day setting, Classified France '44 is a little unique. You go into the part of France occupied by German soldiers with a special commando made up of French and Allied soldiers and use a friendly act of sabotage and destruction to disrupt Nazi defenses. In 45 missions you will certainly have plenty to do - additional modding support and a secret mission creator will make Classified France '44 stand out.
