Code Vein 2 reveals a new boss: trailer introduces The Blinded Resurgence Offspring

Code Vein 2 puts the spotlight on a boss fight in a new trailer: the battle against The Blinded Resurgence Offspring. Also featured in the clip is a new character with their own weapon.

Bandai Namco has released a new video for Code Vein 2 that showcases a new boss enemy. Anyone wishing to avoid spoilers should look away now. In the video, the Revenant fights “The Blinded Resurgence Offspring,” a blind creature that, despite its lack of sight, attacks at high speed and wields a massive katana.

In addition to the boss, the video also reveals more. One of the highlights is the introduction of Lyle McLeish, a young Revenant with exceptional weapon talent. After his death, he was revived by Craig McLeish, the leader of the Dawn Chorus faction. The group’s goal is to reclaim their former homeland, the Corroded Scar—an area long considered uninhabitable due to leaking acid and sealed off from access. The polearm wielded by McLeish in Code Vein 2 also appears to be shown in a video for the first time.
