If I preorder it right now, will this product be delivered before june 29, or will you start sending copies on june 29, for which we will have to wait few more days?

Well, the official release date is June 29 so unless there's a preload or something, the game won't be playable until then, even if we did deliver the key before. It's up to the publisher.
