The soundtrack will be made available through the Steam activation. That'll be available at pre-load / release. That is at least the way it worked in the past with Bandai Namco, so I assume it'll be the same here.

I saw people discussing the way the ost was edited on the subreddit, but it sort of slipped my mind that many people already have the game due to staggered releases.
