Hello, so I believe I have a problem, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 in April 4th, and now it's marked as "Refunded", I don't think I asked for a refund, is this an error or what happened, no explanation either :(
replyyou probably did like me and didn't notice that you received an email to confirm the purchase. if you don't do it in time, it gets canceled and refunded.
replyI mean it happens with a small number of our orders but yes we advise checking. No harm is done though you're safe to do it again.
