I want to preorder this game by monday will there be keys available by that time?
and if I preorder will i get the key on the purchased date or later on?

Of course we'll still have keys, we have loads :)

You will need to pre-order by the release day to guarantee the pre-order bonus though.

I live in india if get a copy from u guys do I get any region lock?
if i purchse this monday 11th do I not get the bonus???

There is no region lock for India, it only applies to Japan & North Korea. You will still get the bonus if you pre-order on Monday as the game is out Tuesday,
