I see that there is one more shop exactly as yours but in french language where price is cheaper so is that shop also yours?

We have 3 stores, UK, DE and FR. The codes are the same on each one so it doesn't matter which store you use.

yeah actually it was a coupon which can be used on any of your shops, one more question, can I switch currency to eur in your shop because the prices are displayed in british pounds? Asking because im using credit card with eur so I do not know if you are charging with GBP because of currencies conversion?

You cannot, DE and FR stores use native Euro and the UK store uses Pound. We do not mind which store you use though :)

I bought a key from your french shop and activated it but I do not see the preorder bonus (cayde exotic stash) anywhere in the game? I searched a little bit and some people says that there is an aditional code given by the store for that preorder stash?

No additional code is given as everything is included in the key, likely you'll see the pre-order bonuses appear at launch. We'll try to do a guide on locations and stuff when we know more :)

You did pre-order the game and the content should be available for you, we're working on a guide for it but in the meantime you'll have to complete the Forsaken campaign to unlock it. Hope this helps!
