Sure you can, this might be something to do with your client being outdated. Would suggest updating your Bnet as others have had the problem earlier and updating/reinstalling the client fixed it.

Can confirm that reinstalling the client was the quick fix for me. Preloading atm, so excited since ive been playing it on ps4 but all my friends are on Pc :) Great service and customer engagement, thanks guys
