And I´m still not sure whether the european country restriction means that the game will also be playable on NA servers (because of battlenet's 'global play'). I know it´s only redeemable in certain european countries, but I´m pretty sure one should be able to play on na servers from europe right?

As long as you're in a European country to activate the game I believe you will be fine switching region - though details on this have yet to be confirmed but I would imagine you can swap on the fly like you can with other Blizzard games.
