From what we know the Kill Tracker and Salute Emotes are both exclusive to other retailers, the only things we can confirm for now is Coldheart and Early Beta Access.
While we do get codes from Activision we do not believe we will be getting these bonuses. Hope this clears it up.
replyOnly place I can find where you get the kill tracker and emote are on BNet. So I would still imagine since you get pretty much get the same keys as those that activate immediately on BNet I would imagine we also get the same pre-order rewards since they as well are from activision from the beginning.
replyIt seems they are exclusive to certain retailers, whether or not we'll also have them remains to be seen - but if we do end up having these we'll be sure to update the pages to reflect it.
