Good news, the issue has been resolved! Please check your Gamesplanet account, a new key to enable the preorder bonus has been added to your order. You'll find the bonus content in the usual DLC tab in your Steam client/launcher.

edit: DLC as in the Pre-Order bonus stuff.
replyWe sent out codes for those affected, though if you purchase the game now you will not get the pre-order bonus since the game is released.
