We'll be sending out codes for the game just before launch (as soon as a preload happens pretty much - if one happens). So you should expect your code a few days before launch (or at least 24 hours early in a worst case scenario).

It'll be added to your account as soon as it's available, we'll also inform you via email when it's available.
