Hi! I redeemed both keys (game and vip points) and they both worked. But when I redeemed the vip points one it showed me Dark Souls 3 VIP points added to my Bamco account. So now I have Dark Souls 3 registered in my Namco account instead of Xenoverse 2. Is this a problem on Bamco side or I got the vip points key for the wrong game? XD

That's a known issue and we're working to fix that with Bandai at the moment :)
