Future Trunks may be unlocked at a certain point, right now I am just in the same boat as you. Don't worry though you do have him.

Trunks should be included in your DLC tab, as for Black Goku it's been reported by others that it's not available (we're unsure why). We'll investigate but you will get all the content promised from us.
