with the release in the uk in an hour from now, will we still get our keys tomorrow or at the uk release time?

Preloads have not started on PC, much too soon for that. Looks like a small download for Xbox consoles (but doesn't look like the full one). Keys will be sent by the publisher before release, usually a few days beforehand when the PC preload occurs (if one does).
