ive been seeing pre-downloads available, is there a possibility of accessing my key to pre-download it too? thank you.

Preloads have not started on PC, much too soon for that. Looks like a small download for Xbox consoles (but doesn't look like the full one). Keys will be sent by the publisher before release, usually a few days beforehand when the PC preload occurs (if one does).
