I would like to know this as well, and the basic "we are working with the publisher soon there will be keys" answer doesnt cut it anymore. Its almost the release date we would like to get some actual answer and not that copy paste. If there is an issue with the agreement, what it is? Can we even expect keys? If yes then when? Which day? Edit: My message maybe came out a bit frustrated or something, sorry i didnt meant to write it that way. We would just like to know whats going on and when can we expect the keys, please say something else other than "on release date or before". There should be something specific for sure

I understand the frustration, however we're still waiting for the publisher to confirm things which should hopefully be early next week. We are doing what we can and will keep on until things are resolved do not worry, we're gamers too and want everyone to get what was promised to them.

You shouldn't expect an update during a weekend though as most companies do not work them.

Exactly, we've paid for it and we have the rights to know if we will get the keys on time or not. And if we won't and we aren't getting our pre-order bonuses they should at least give us a good compensation. Me and my friends have waited for years for this game to come out so they ain't gonna wait for me because i didn't get my key in time...

Except the game is part of a promo, which was given away for free. No one has paid for it yet. As I said in the other topic, we'll do our best to get the pre-order bonus for ASUS promo people if we can.

It's been listed that way in accounts since the promo began (even before there was a bonus/release date). Since the game hasn't released yet there is no other way to list it as anything else. At no point was it mentioned we'd have the bonus, but as I said we're doing what we can to ensure ASUS customers have it too.

Let's wait for the publisher update early in the week then we can clarify things better for all.
