Have the same Problem - I'm not able to activate this DLC in Germany too. Is there any chance that the problem will be fixed?

Hey there, same thing here. I have issued a refund for you. The region lock info is in place now, so please pay attention to them as we may not be able to help in future in case you decide to buy region locked product.
