Not able to activate this dlc in Germany... It said nowhere this wouldn't be available here :/
replyHey, we'll get that refunded for you. We'll also add a warning about the lock, we're actually in touch with Techland to try to resolve this at the moment.

replyJust to confirm the DLC now works in Germany, we resolved the issue with Techland and Valve :)
replyNo worries, we're actually aware of the issue already and pulled it from the DE store until it hopefully gets resolved.
