Hi, I want to know whether this will work in India or not? I read the restriction above does not mention India. But i ask because this game is not available on steam store in India. Also, if i buy, and it doesn't work because of region restrictions will I be entitled a refund ?

Yes it will work in India, won't work in the following countries: Russian Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Republic of Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary.

So you'll be fine.
