You knew this game was a big launch - so where's the customer service to back up that knowledge plus payment for the game??
The game has just been launched and so much for an instant delivery of a key so I can pre-load this game.
I guess it's back to GMG and CDKeys for my games - to think that I came here on a recommendation.

Paid for Primal half an hour ago - still waiting for my key to preload. Says 'In Review'. First time I've tried Gamesplanet as opposed to other sites I normally get games from - this is the first time there's been any delay and it's not a good first impression, especially given the game is about to launch.
