I've bought the CD/DVD but when i try to redeem the code on steam it says it has already been redeemed by another account... What should i do?

Not much we can do to help you with that as it was bought elsewhere and not from us, would suggest contacting SEGA directly - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb or you can send them an email [email protected]

Sounds like perhaps you bought a used copy.
