Hey,

We're not sure how you'd change it on the UK store, it appears to be locked to UK only. However if you purchase it from the FR store you can select German (https://fr.gamesplanet.com/game/football-manager-2017-steam-key--3090-1) sadly that's a little bit more expensive for you.

I would suggest finding an alternative method if you wish to pay on the UK store.
