I am from Greece, and while trying to buy the game it showed me the below message.
"The request has been declined because a charge is not permitted yet"
I tried three times. I have money in my account, it's not a problem of an empty account.
Could you please help me?
More than 5 years later, the payment gateway is still the same bugged, useless mess. I end up having to pay paypal fees because it ALWAYS fails my card with this stupid error, even after 3D validation.
