If i buy it right now does include early access beta of the game?

replyBeta isn't live yet :) It will be closer to the release date. There is no official info on the date. Speculations are it will start on 24th of October.

replyBy "the player" - you mean user Sitof? I replied that the game does include beta access if he buys the game now. Which is true as the game does include beta access to beta that starts later. There is no confusion as it states the same on the product page.
No problem with the refund though. Activated game will be removed from your Steam account and money will be back on your account within the next couple of days.
