Sorry but i am a bit frustated. I just bought the game from you and PayPal tells me that has to check the payment to you and you as a safe site, to be sure the transaction is safe. I still haven't receive the game. Is there any "problem" with your site and it's safety?
replyYour payment with PayPal failed, as such nothing is delivered because the order is not paid. Feel free to try again, it's not an issue on our end but PayPal.

This is their message. So i think they check your "credibility" to continue for the payment. I hope will be resolved sortly and your "credibility" to PayPal to not be a problem. Thank you for four instant reply.
replyIt's not our end, they don't share with us the reason for declining payments but they have declined yours with us. We've been a retailer for over 15 years and have no other PayPal issues with anyone else. Sometimes PayPal will check random orders, but it's nothing to do with us. Give it another try or use another payment method if the problem persists.
replyIt's not declined. It's stalled until they check it. I cant retry, i don't want to be charged twice for this game.
replyThe payment has failed, at least that's what it's showing on our end. Meaning it will not complete. Feel free to chase this up with PayPal, but it looks like there's nothing paid yet. Any money you see taken is likely a pending charge that will eventually expire.
You could wait it out too, but I suspect it will not change.
