REFUND REQUEST

Hi all, I just bought FM2023 after being assured by an official developer on the official page that it would run on macOS Catalina, but it doesn't. I know that I should have read the minimum req before proceeding, but I've actually wasted 41eur, hence, please may I ask for a refund in my Pay Pal account? Thanks for your understanding. Vincenzo
