But I have a question: why on the English shop it is 31.99£ it returns to 37.61931 in euro, but in the French shop the price is 47.99 euro. frankly I understood nothing.

Because purchase prices are different, depending on currencies… and not to forget: Brexit. If the deal works for you on the UK site, go for it.
