I have already load the game, the items still missing, the only thing i got is the champion status for 7 days.
I'm aware about the missing content problem, ubisoft suggest this procedure:

But the code seems to be invalid, so i was wondering if the code you gave me is a proper one for the deluxe edition.

There is no additional code, the one you have will contain all the content (when Ubisoft fix things). It seems like you'll have to wait for them to fix the issue, not much else we can do on our end!
