Also, does this(the deluxe edition) require for me to buy the game first, then the deluxe edition?

Discounts should remain for a while, not leaving anytime soon.

Deluxe Edition is a separate version of the game. See here for a comparison between the versions of the game.

Thank you for answering so quick, but i need to know when will the discount end. I'm saving money from school and i need three more weeks to get the money i need to buy this game, thanks again btw
