We also get the pre-order bonus from the Normal and Deluxe Edition, right?
And when we buy the key we don't need to do anything else, we are automatically registred for the pre-order bonus?

Yes, all versions get the pre-order bonus and you don't need to do anything else since pre-orders will be included in the code we send :)
