@CraigB , hey man , i have purchased this version of the game and activated it on Uplay . All fine . How can i check if it's the gold version though? I can't find anywhere to check that.
replyI can confirm you did purchase the Gold Edition, unfortunately the way Uplay works you'll only ever see a Standard Box art for the game. Don't worry though as all the content will be available for you at launch (and you'll see Season Pass marked as "owned").

replyOfftopic : Do you know if they will register the progression we make in Open Beta to the released full version ?
I believe all beta stats/items will be wiped as per normal when ending beta events to make sure beta players don't get an advantage against others.
