I live in the United States how is this restricted to me! I'm so used to this never happening with games like this.

Ubisoft have given us codes for the EMEA region and as such some countries (including the US) are region locked. It sucks but we're unable to offer any US codes.

Ughhh. I hate to divert attention elsewhere to bring business to certain website, but do you know of any others that give discounts other than Gamesplanet? I dont really trust anyone besides you guys but I really dont want to pay 100 dollars.

Can't really help you on that front sadly, you'll need to look elsewhere. In the future though we should have a US store but that's still in the pipe!
