• Change your Windows user name if you have special charaters or characters outside of the English language. Or create a new Windows local account.
• Download .NET framework - http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=17851
• Make a clean install of graphics card driver
• Reinstall Windows, and download / install the game before doing any Windows updates
