thx for a tip.
For those looking for a solution, it works for me:

clean install GTAV set up tool (with admin rights)
clean install GTA_V_Launcher_1_0_505_2 --> https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200146066
start your GTA V launcher (with admin rights)

Managed to log in to Rockstars Account and downloading GTA V in progress.
