when i open the launcher the ui is crashing but still keeps on loading and nothing happens. when i start the exe there is a error - 5 coming....

@YazFTW The R* key works in pretty much the same way. You just go to the R* website, create an account and enter your key. It's very straight forward, probably easier than steam in my opinion. And you will be able to play with any of your friends who own the PC version whether they own the game on steam or via R*'s platform.
