Are all the Pre-order goodies (Gamebook, German Music Pack and Allied Music Pack) included? If yes, how and when are they're going to be delivered to us (expecially the Gamebook) ?
replyYes, all the pre-order goodies are included. They should be available at launch as far as I know, should be listed in the game install folder when you install the game via Steam.
Codes are available now, so you won't have long to wait - though you need to wait for the launch ;)
