i wish i could refund this game, too like many other actually.
Hate living in a non PSN Country...

Unfortunately we have no control over the game, though we hope they revert their decision to make it mandatory.

Unfortunately we cannot offer the same, Steam refunds are on a case by case basis and work differently. We'll continue to monitor the situation though.
