hi, i bought hogwartz legacy deluxe edition and i put the key on steam, but when i download it it says i can log in on february 10th and not today. how can I do?
replyDon't worry. This is normal. Early Access haven't launched yet. It starts at 19:00 CET / 10 am PST / 1pm EST :)
You can double check if you have the right edition. By going to your account details and looking under "Licences and Product Key Activations". The edition you have will be listed there. Buyers of the Digital Deluxe will see "Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition "
So don't worry, it's perfectly normal to only see the regular game name in your library and on your Steam home screen.

replyDeluxe early access begins at 6pm GMT on Steam, it's a global release time we cannot change or have control over.

replyNo that's not true at all, PC players have to wait until February 7th 10am PST / 6pm GMT on Steam as it's a global release. Console players can play tonight, but Steam has to wait until tomorrow evening (23 hours 44 minutes from now).
As for the date saying Feb 10th that's also normal :) You have the correct edition of the game and will be able to play tomorrow.
replyI have a question, there are 2 activation codes when i activated my product, an "activation code" and a "bonus code" im guessing the activation code is the game, but whats the bonus???

replyhi i just bought the deluxe version for the game to be played on the 7th feb but not received my steam key? will this be sent on time? i assumed you get it straight away when purchased
replyKeys will be sent by the publisher soon, likely at the end of the week. There's no preload on PC, you have plenty of time until the early access begins worry not you'll get everything promised on the page (bonuses and all).
