Pre-order outfit

As stated, do you still get this outfit from buying the key? Obviously it's displayed on the page but I would like to make sure that isn't just an out dated advertisement.

Is the outfit able to be activated on accounts that already have the game non pre-order edition. Like does it come with a key which you can input as well as the base game key. I missed the fact there was even a pre-order bonus when I got the game and It really bugs me I'm missing content.

Not sure on that, you could always remove the game from your Steam account and then activate the new key to get bonuses if you're worried about that. I believe you can't activate this if you already own the game (I may be wrong) so you'd have to remove the game from your library first.
