30fps lock is a kinda deal breaking for a lot of people, possible to get refund if the key was already activated on Steam? The game is not released yet.

Good Morning! 2K has applied further changes to the region restrictions. Canada seems not to be supported anymore. According to what we can see, those changes have been applied 4 hours ago.
