Hi , i am located in Curaçao, an island in the caribean, i downloaded the game and i can pay for weeklysubscriptions, but i can’t buy the firelord vigilante, i get a message saying it is region restricted. Why recieve my weekly subscription but don’t allow me to pay for a vigilante??? I pay with itunes credit, never had problems with it.
What do you sugest i do or what can you do for me?

Not sure where you got the game from but doesn't appear you bought from us. If you want to purchase it for your region you can buy it from the US store - https://us.gamesplanet.com/game/mafia-iii-definitive-edition-steam-key--2869-8

We do not support iTunes credit though. Nor do we have weekly subscriptions.

Bought this in US, realized after I tried to enter the product key that it is region restricted. Can I please either get a refund or a US Key? Please email me if there are any comments, questions or concerns. Thanks and please let me know what you can do.

I live in Trinidad and Tobago, and we are pretty close to Venezuela, would there be a lock as sometimes the....greater nations of the world deem us part of their region and place restrictions on us here....
