Fixing Mafia III Download being Stuck on 99%

Some gamers are experiencing an issue when they are downloading Mafia III in which the game gets stuck while downloading at 99%, the solution is a simple one and once you've done it the game will let you continue the download so you can begin your crazy adventure New Bordeaux :)

How to Fix the issue

1) Open Steam.
2) Go to Settings > Downloads
3) Clear Download Cache
